Google Releases Gemini Omni

Google introduced Gemini Omni through a Google DeepMind expert roundtable, highlighting its new Gemini model while technical specifications, benchmark results, pricing, and availability details remain limited.
The Details:
The move shows Google is continuing to compete in the fast-moving AI model market, with Gemini Omni positioned around multimodal AI capabilities.
However, the source does not provide enough technical data to confirm how it compares with competing models.
Google DeepMind researchers and engineers discussed the model; pricing, benchmarks, and availability timelines have not been disclosed in the source.
The next important step is the release of verified technical specifications, performance benchmarks, pricing, and availability details.
MetaAI
Meta AI Glasses Face Challenge by Germany

A criminal complaint against Meta has been filed by German digital rights group HateAid and companies selling its AI-enabled smart glasses in Germany, complaining that the devices are violating privacy rights. The complaint specifically focuses on the Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer. It names Meta, eyewear maker EssilorLuxottica, including Ray-Ban, and retailers Fielmann, Apollo-Optik, Mister Spex, and MediaMarkt.
The Details:
HateAid says German law prevents the sale of communication devices designed to record people without their consent.
The complaint adds to a growing legal audit around smart glasses and privacy in Germany.
Frankfurt's digital crime prosecution unit ZIT confirmed it received the complaint and will direct a preparatory review.
Germany's Federal Network Agency said smart glasses are not illegal as long as their recording function is clearly visible, such as through an optical signal.
The key issue now is whether German authorities find grounds for a deeper investigation. The Federal Network Agency said it is closely looking into the smart-glasses market but is not currently formally investigating any breaches.

DeepSeek Upgrades V4 Pro

DeepSeek released DeepSeek-V4-Pro-0813. The model had been available as a preview since April. DeepSeek released it without a blog post or major announcement.
The Details:
Cost is the biggest difference. DeepSeekās published comparison shows Claude Fable 5 ahead by an average of 5.3% across nine agent benchmarks where both models were scored.
DeepSeek V4 Pro, however, is priced far below Fable 5.
V4 Pro costs $0.435 per million input tokens and $0.87 per million output tokens.
Claude Fable 5 costs $10 and $50.
DeepSeek says its model wins on two of the 10 benchmarks in its comparison.
Without outside verification, DeepSeekās own results are not valid. It needs verification.
The 0813 version has not yet been independently benchmarked. Its weights are MIT-licensed and available on Hugging Face, which could allow independent testing.

Turn Feedback Into Ad Hooks
Step 1: Create a project
Create a folder on your computer for your customer feedback, CSV files, images, and exports. Open it as a project in the ChatGPT desktop app using ChatGPT Work.
Step 2: Collect customer feedback
Start with 10ā20 customer comments from reviews, social comments, support messages, sales notes, or other approved sources. Remove unnecessary personal information before uploading private feedback.
Step 3: Create a pain-point CSV
Upload the comments and use this prompt:
Create a CSV that gathers pain points about [PRODUCT]. Include: source, customer/persona, pain point, frustrating moment, exact phrase, current workaround, desired outcome, and primary objection. Preserve the customer's exact wording and do not invent details.
Review the CSV before continuing.
Step 4: Turn pain points into ad concepts
Create a second CSV containing the source ID, pain point, headline, CTA, and a square Facebook/Instagram image idea. Keep every concept connected to its original feedback.
Step 5: Test five concepts
Don't immediately generate 100 ads. First create 5 concepts with 2 visual variations each. Review whether each image clearly communicates the customer's pain point.
Step 6: Improve weak ideas
Use a simple instruction such as:
Create five more variations with stronger visual emphasis on the pain point. Keep the original customer language and concept unchanged.
Repeat until the creative direction works.
Step 7: Scale the workflow
Once the process works, you can turn it into a reusable local app that accepts the feedback CSV and generates pain points, ad angles, hooks, copy, image prompts, and selected visual mockups.
